Returns & Exchanges

Our timepieces are sold in ‘As Is’, ‘As available’ conditions. Customer has been informed on the conditions of the watch / timepiece and provided guidance by our staff on the functionality of the watch and its workability prior to a sales contract done. For Overseas buyer, video and extra pictures will be provided for verification on the request of the buyer before a sales contract is sealed and watch/timepiece is being dispatched out.

Lu-Ann will only accept return of item and provide refund of item if it is proven non-authentic by respective watch Authorized service centre, provided it is not damaged by them. Certified documentary proof and repair fee if any is at buyer’s own cost.

For LOCAL purchase–Item has to return with its original packing along with the receipt and other attachment within 7 days of receipt. Lu-ann will not accept the return of the timepiece once it has been worn or tempered with, or found with damages that was not in existent prior to the sales contract sealed and shipped.

For OVERSEAS purchase–Item has to return with it original packing and postmarked packing along with the receipt and other attachment within 14 days of receipt. ITEM on return has to marked as RETURN ITEM on all documentation. Cost on postage and risks on return are at Buyer’s liabilities. All shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable. Refund to process only on receipt of the returned item. If you want to return the item, please notify Lu-Ann immediately within 5 days on receipt of your watch/timepiece from our appointed courier/express company. Tracking number is provided and you can track and trace on the logistics movement of the timepiece from the respective website of our appointed courier/express representative. This will not apply for Overseas Customer who has appoint a 3rd party to collect and inspect the timepiece on their behalf. International Sales are final after the 7 days period. Watch sold will not be returned once it has been worn or tempered with.
