It is known as the popular ‘Mystery Clock’ in the 1950s, made by the Jefferson Electric Company, USA. The hour and minutes hands appear to be suspended in space. This single glass disk has a gear that is driven by motor in the base. Minute rotates with the glass, and the hour hand is driven by a simple gear with a counter weight. Case is 24K gold-plated, power by electricity using 220V.
